ABOUT THE COVID-19 VACCINE FUND
The Nalsar Covid-19 Vaccination Fund was set up but the Student Bar Council after it was been approved by the Vice Chancellor of the Nalsar University of Law. A total corpus of Rs. 1.5 lakhs has been allocated. An remaining amount shall be transferred to the Scholarship fund.
Students from the 1st to 4th year of the B.A.,LL.B. course or from the 1st year of the MBA course (referring to academic year 2020-21) may avail of this fund if they meet one of the following criteria:
(i) Annual household income under Rs. 8 lakhs
(ii) Annual household income not under Rs. 8 lakhs according to official documents but facing financial difficulties due to Covid-19.
The applications shall be vetted by a disbursement committee with the following members: Mohit Kala (Treasurer, SBC), Aviral Agrawal (Joint Secretary) and Dr. Gade Malikarjun. The data collected through this form shall only be shared with these members.
It is imperative that you vaccinate yourself at the earliest. Many obstacles may arise between you and the vaccine; this fund seeks to remove financial difficulties from among them in the interests of equal access to the vaccine among the student community.
